Terms of Service

These terms describe the baseline conditions for using ClinicStock. A signed customer agreement takes precedence where it says otherwise.
Using ClinicStock
You may use ClinicStock only for lawful clinic inventory and related operational purposes. You are responsible for your workspace configuration, user accounts, role assignments, entered data, and compliance with the rules that apply to your organization.
Not medical advice
ClinicStock is an inventory and recordkeeping tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe, replace professional judgment, or guarantee regulatory compliance. Users remain responsible for clinical decisions and for verifying all medicine, dosage, stock, and patient information.
Accounts and security
Keep credentials and recovery codes confidential, use appropriate role permissions, and notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Workspace administrators are responsible for approving users and removing access when it is no longer required.
Plans, trials, and limits
New workspaces may receive a 90-day trial. Published plan limits apply after the trial unless another agreement is in place. Paid billing does not begin without an agreed payment arrangement. Plan features, limits, and pricing may change with reasonable notice.
Customer data
As between ClinicStock and the customer, the customer retains its rights in data submitted to the service. The customer authorizes processing necessary to provide, secure, support, and maintain ClinicStock. Export availability depends on the plan and configured deployment.
Availability and changes
ClinicStock may require maintenance and may experience interruptions. Features can change as the product develops. Any service levels, recovery objectives, dedicated support, or compliance commitments must be stated in a separate written agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, probe other tenants, misuse the public demo, or use ClinicStock in a way that violates privacy, medical, employment, export, or other applicable law.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, ClinicStock is provided without implied warranties. ClinicStock is not responsible for clinical decisions, incorrect source data, misuse, or losses caused by failing to maintain appropriate operational and backup procedures.
